Membership T&C's


 Terms & Conditions

  • Membership entitles you to unlimited classes for a maximum of one calendar month or 30 days, whichever is greater,
  • Full payment is required up front before membership can begin.
  • We recommend you train once a day, to a maximum of 6 classes per week. FIT cannot accept responsibility for injuries should you decide to over use our facilities.
  • For health and safety reasons, we have the right to refuse you membership rights should you be unfit, unsafe to train or been overusing our facilities risking personal harm or injury. Overuse will lead to injuries and we will not allow you to overwork your body.
  • Class bookings can be made on a weekly basis. Members can't book or reserve classes on a fortnightly or monthly basis.
  • Members must cancel classes 24hrs in advance if they cannot attend.
  • Your monthly membership is not transferable and is specifically for your personal use.
  • A month cannot be rolled over once the membership month has expired.
  • Sickness, injury, pregnancy or other non-medical reasons preventing training will not result in a refund.
  •  Payment of your monthly membership signifies your will to abide by our terms and conditions. Thank you.
  • • Cooperate and Student Membership can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
