Les Mills Body Balance
BODYBALANCE™ Ideal for anyone and everyone. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYBALANCE™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Structure
A 55 minute workout including 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation
