Personal training delivered to a group of people (between 4 and 6 people) to maximise enjoyment and fun with friends or colleagues with a common sports interest.

Taken by our highly qualified personal trainers it is a unique experience with fitness regimes tailored to meet the needs and goals of the group. Like one-to-one personal training, each session is fresh, specific and designed with you and the group in mind.
